Irish Red came into our rescue program on May 07, 2019. Irish Red came into our rescue program as an owner surrender with 1 other horse. Irish Red is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Stud. Irish Red is estimated to be 6 years of age. Irish Red is a sweet boy and loves attention. Irish Red has a wound on his hind leg that we are treating and he will be gelded soon. We will update as he improves and becomes a gelding. Please consider making a donation towards Irish Red's Rehabilitation and surgery.

Update September 2020 Irish Red is now seeking a forever, loving home to call his own. This handsome boy stands at 15.1 hands tall. Irish Red has been gelded and learning how to be part of the herd. He is super sweet and loves attention. Irish Red is halter broke and broke to lead. He is not broke to ride but ready for someone to start his training. Irish Red has an old injury on his hind leg. It does not affect him, just will always have a scar, it has healed the best it can for that location. Irish Red has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Irish Red was picked for our 10th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. He was chosen by Youth Trainer Hanna Lee. Hanna Lee will be working with Irish Red for the next 130 days, turning Irish Red into a dependable riding companion. Hanna will be going against 7 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We have a total of 16 trainers competing. Competition is set for May 15, 2021 at Blaze's Tribute Equine Rescue's Facility at 21701 East Britton Road, Harrah, Oklahoma. Irish Red is a sweet boy and loves attention. Irish Red has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Irish Red has also been freeze branded for his protection. Team Irish Red did a great job at this years 10th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainers Challenge. We are thrilled to announce that Youth Trainer Hanna Lee came in 3rd place with Team Irish Red. Both did an amazing job and we couldn't be more proud of this wonderful team.

Irish Red has been adopted to a wonderful in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Irish Red is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this special boy found the forever, loving family he deserves where he will be showered with love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
